The Plan Now, Send Later Plan is your personal system for making sure important dates never slip by. For a base fee of $29.99, you're hiring a team that helps you stay on top of the special moments in life — and makes it easy to follow through with care.
How It Works

Here’s how it works:

  1. Choose how many people you’d like us to remember — up to 6 per plan
  2. At checkout, you’ll pay the $25 base fee plus $4.99 for each person
  3. After checkout, you’ll fill out a quick form with names, dates, occasions, and messages
  4. That’s it — we take it from there

Want to remember more than 6 people? Just purchase a second plan!
What You’ll Get

• Beautiful 5x7 handwritten greeting cards — designed, prepped, and mailed right to you or the people you love

• Printed cover designs + optional handwritten message inside

• Each card comes in a perfectly sized envelope and rigid mailer for protection

• Shipping:

- Default Shipping: Mailed via USPS First-Class Letter (2–5 business days, no tracking)

- Upgraded Option: Need delivery confirmation? Select our Tracked Shipping Upgrade at checkout (+$4)

• Choose Where the Card(s) Goes:

– Send it to yourself? It’ll arrive about a week before the special day, so you can hand it off or mail it personally

– Send it directly to them? It’ll arrive about the day before their special occasion, perfectly timed

• Optional email or text reminders so you never forget, either

• A smoother, more thoughtful way to show up for the people who matter most
After You Order

After checkout, you’ll instantly get a link to a quick form where you’ll give us the details for your card(s). That’s also where you’ll choose the specific card design you want — so no need to decide before checkout.

The form only takes a couple minutes to complete, and you only need to do it once.

On the form, you’ll tell us:

  • Who each card is for
  • What the occasion is
  • When and where you want the card(s) to arrive
  • What you’d like us to handwrite inside (or leave it blank — your choice)
  • Which card design you want

📅 Please note: To ensure we send your cards on time, all dates must be at least 2 weeks from today.

Once that’s done, we’ll take care of the rest – handwriting, mailing, reminders, everything.
