Return & Refund Policy
At TheReminderCo, every card is created just for you. Because our products are personalized, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Misprints or Production Errors
If your order arrives with a misprint or production error, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@thereminderco.com with a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Damage During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of both the package and the card. Because shipping issues are outside our control, these cases are reviewed individually and no guarantees can be made regarding refunds or replacements.
Delivery Timing
We do our best to schedule shipments so that your cards arrive a few days before the special occasion. While we plan carefully, exact arrival dates may vary depending on the shipping carrier. If a delay occurs because of our error (such as shipping late), we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
